If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Defective merchandise must be returned within the warranty period. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To make a return, simply obtain a return athorization number and return the products within 14 days or for defective merchandise within the warranty period. No return will be accepted without valid cause and only with our return authorization number. Please mail your package enclosed with your receipt/invoice in a freight prepaid method to the address below.
